First of all sorry for my english, but i'm very young..
I bought my navigator just 3 days ago, today i've done a very big mistake..
so my navigator doesn't work.
It stops at the "main" page (where you see myguide in a black
background).....so i can't to go to menu, i can't do nothing!!
I try to restore it by using the backup cd (that cointains a lot of
navigation software and link), but it doesn't work..
So please help me!

Does it have a reset button listed anywhere in the manual ?

Yes, I've pushed the reset button, but it doesn't work !! :(

Did you do anything to it between it working and it not working?
(I'm thinking of stuff like trying to install new software, upgrade the
firmware etc etc)
If you have done nothing that is likely to have caused a problem, the best
thing to do would be to contact the place you bought it from, or maybe try
the techincal support contacts (email?) for the manufacturer
