Have just "updated" TomTom Home to latest version and TTOne Europe to
new software.
Previously was able to "backup" 1st card on old Home - insert 2nd card
and "restore" to it; so both cards same, incase.
Now new TomTom Home is saying that the original card is not present
and cannot therefore restore.
Any ideas please - do I have to bypass Home and do it on XP?
Thanks.

the right label (TomTom disk). you may need to copy over the files in
windows using a card reader the first time, then it should work in TT Home

And we always advise not to use HOME for backups. There are far to many
examples of the backup process not being robust enough to restore from
when needed.
Just use Explorer, create a folder on your PC and copy ALL the contents
of your device for backups.
