So what is the point in having the speed limit in the POI name?

Simple, it breaks the catergories down and can enable you to have separate
speed icons on the map.

It's nice to know as you approach, when they are right. Unfortunately I
found one over the weekend that is 10mph wrong. It shows on Navigator 6 as
50 when in fact it's a 40mph camera. Funnily enough the one on the other
side of the road nearby had been placed in the middle of a field and failed
to give an approach alarm. (A51 near Sandon, Staffs)

Unfortunately "they" are changing speed limits quite frequently, so some of
the camera POI must be out of date as soon as they are published.

newsreader, say Agent, and a newsserver, say news.individual.net. These
will allow them: to see only *new* posts, a killfile, and other goodies.

Fairly standard alas.

Good dual carriageway or whatever and suddenly limit reduced from 70 to 50,
40 or even 30mph. Normally it is suckers from out of town who get caught on
scameras, but arbitrary limit reductions frequently catch out the locals as
well.
