TomTom Home map updates weirdness

TomTom Home 2.2 connected to my GO 920.

On the main screen it says "Your map is 3 weeks out of date 2380 free
Map Share map corrections waiting".

So I click on "Update my GO" and after apparently connecting to the web
site it says "No items available".

So I go back to the main screen and it still says "Your map is 3 weeks
out of date 2380 free Map Share map corrections waiting".

Any ideas what might be wrong? I seem to be able to download other
things such as speed camera updates and free extra voices without any
problem.

Every time I go on it tells me I need to download the UK and
Netherlands postcodes even though the version is the same version as
my tomtom already has. I have tried the option of requesting the
information to be removed as it is 'broken' but all I get is an error
message. WTF is going on?
