Hi all

I tried to connect my Tom Tom Go 720 to the internet via tom tom home today
and a box comes up "Usb device not recognised", I have tried a fifferent
port and a different lead but no joy. This unit is just 13 months old and a
previous experience with tom tom support was very poor indeed
Vista premium 64 bit

Thanks in avance for any ideas / help / suggestions.
