I understand it is possible to put the TomTom operating system and maps onto
a mobile phone (I have a Nokia N95).
Is this as simple as copying all files from one to the other?

Don't think so, I think you need to obtain the TomTom software for your
phone, install it, then (possibly) copy the maps across...(?)

Tomtom doesn't work with the inbuilt gps on the N95 although it will work
with a bluetooth gps on the N95.
