I may be getting this phone at work, I understand it comes with Nokia 'maps'
application, can someone recommend a cheap bluetooth unit worh buying for
it? Its for occasional use only, I have a TT but if I forget it or another
member of the famly has it, it would be useful to have a GPS receiver in the
glove box just in case.
TIA

Hi,
I can strongly recommend the Holux GPS units. They are all over eBay
priced around the £30 to £40 mark. (Beware of the counterfeit brand
Holox... see what they've done there?)
I have used the GPS236 slim and the new M-1200. Both are excellent
devices, with the M-1200 just edging it on performance.
They use standard bluetooth protocols, and I've used them happily on an
N70, E51, E61, E61i and the latest Blackberry. I have used them with
Tomtom v5 and v6, nokia maps, gmap and a variety of other apps.
No connection with the company, nor do I sell them on eBay, but I am a
very satisfied customer.

Hi, Timfy. I have an E51 and just bought a Holux M-1200. It connects
with my E51 only with Route 66's Mobile 7 and Nav4All. Nokia Maps,
Wayfinder, GarminXT and Google Maps all fail to find a GPS when I use
the M-1200, but they all work with the GPSlim 236. Any idea what
could cause that? I assume my M-1200 works becayse two of my six GPS
programs work with it. (Yes, I own Route 66, Garmin XT and Wayfinder
-- sad but true.)
