Hi all,
I recently purchased a reconditioned 910 on ebay. It works ok. But I
cannot get it to give the UK postcode.
The instruction manual - pdf downloads - says a small unioon jack (or
dutch or french flag should appear on Postcode search.
This does not happen
I have tried setting preferences
I hope someone with more experience and techie knowledge can help me out

How are you entering the address? The Union Jack flag you mention
applies to later software/map versions only. For you this is the
procedure:
Navigate to | Address | Postcode
If that does not work, you'll need to verif that the Postcodes file is
present on your device, look for a folder at the top level called 'zip'.
