If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Just interested in the different map files that different satnavs use, I
have a road angel that seems to use .cdt files and a medion 150 that uses
.map files. What maps, if any, are interchangeable between different makes
of satnav and is it actually possible toscan or convert maps from one type
to another? I am particularly interested in speed camera databases and
looking for 'free' downloads for my road angel navigator 7000 unit if any
are available.

Not really. They are proprietary formats.
