Does it do 3d maps?
149.99 pounds is definitely not the cheapest car satnav, the cheapest are
now below 100 pounds.

And seeing as car satnavs are getting cheaper all the time, why did some
dog's turd smash my car window to try to steal my satnav which wasn't in the
car (but the suction mount & cable were, sadly)?
Regards Mike.

I'm rather surprised at its relative high cost too, it's on a par with the
ViaMichelin range.

I'd rather go for a recognised brand, although Lidl's stuff can be okay,
especially their satellite receiving kit. Perhaps this satnav is a
mainstream system which has been rebranded for Lidl?

It is full Euro mapping though. However it uses Smart2Go software
which is IMHO poor. Either get a big brand single country unit for the
same money instead or splash out a bit extra for a Euiro version at
about £180.

Well because you let the mount in place, they would assume you are
stupid enough to leave the unit in the glove box. They don't care about
the damage to your car and thieves will happily do £250+ worth of damage
to a car in order to steal a few pennies in change from the coin holder.
