Does anyone know if it is possible to look at Garmin maps online, in
the way that you can look at Tomtom (Tele Atlas) via Tomtom HOME?

I would like to be able to check for myself how up to date they are,
as there are certainly 'issues' with Tomtom's maps.

Thanks
Scott

Yes - you can see details of the new maps on their website - the lack of
detail on the new Crete map made me not bother to purchase one! Can't
remember off hand where it is, but if I get a chance tomorrow to do a bit
of searching I'll try to post the address, if you haven't reported you've
found it.

Just spent a while around their new (to me) website. I can't find any
trace of the option to view the maps. Either they have removed it, or
I've gone blind! Maybe their marketing dept decided that when you could
see how few changes you were getting for your 80 - 90 UKP fewer people
were upgrading than when they were buying 'blind'?

Try here:
https://buy.garmin.com/shop/shop.do?cID=253&pID=6299#coverageTab

To get there you just click on the 'Maps' tab at the top of the main Garmin
page and follow the links to 'City Navigator Europe NT'
