Does anyone know GPS devices with tracklog including altitude?

Does anyone know of cheaper GPS devices (until 250 euro) that have tracklog
with altitude?

I want to use it for geotagging pictures, but so far I found:

garmin Nuvi 200W: nothing
Navigon 2100: has some logging but nowhere info what is redorded. Not even
in the manual.
Mio 220 230: nope
Acer c530 with Copilot: works but no altitude

Anyone?

My garmins do, an ancient etrex and a newer etrex Legend CX, although
if you save the track log on the GPS itself rather than just leaving
it as a live track log and importing it into a computer, the saving
process apparently removes much of the information such as the time
and date. Not sure if it removes the altitude. This doesn't happen
though if you don't use the "save track log" feature on the GPS
itself but import the live track log into Map point.

There are plenty of geocacheing forums where you could probably get
info on GPS units that have specific geocacheing features, my etrex
legend for example has a menu entry specifically for geocacheing but
I've never used it as I don't do geocacheing myself.

My 12xl used to download a complete set of track data to gpstrackmaker
via the serial port. The 76csx that I use now seems to save only a
.gpx (xml)file which has only lat, lon, alt and time but that's enough
for most purposes. You can open the file directly in google earth.

If you have an Acer c530 then try http://www.gpstuner.com/ €30 - manual in
the download section.
