POIs for Belgium, Holland, Germany, Denmark & Sweden

I may have to do an overland trip UK - Sweden on Sunday.

I am looking for POIs for Belgium, Holland, Germany, Denmark & Sweden
please. Interested in Hotels, Restaurants, Motorway Services, Fuel, General
driving stuff and, if available, Safety (sorry Speed) cameras etc. I would
prefer ov2 format for TomTom but can convert from most formats; ASC, CSV etc
etc.

Hotels and restaurants I think is not that usefull, as you will only
know where they are, not how they are, which is more importand to me.
e.g. hotels I book in advance, so I have the adress I can enter and
restaurants will depend on my mood, the weather and the price and what
not.

For Belfian restaurants there is e.g. resto.be

Fuel is already in my Tomtom.

As an extra, what I use for my trips is google maps and then my own page
to make the iternarary if so needed. Look for my postings in this group.
otherwise I feel as if I use this group to spam and promote my site,
which I don't.
