Hello,

I have a problem on a Tomtom One.
The start is correct and when I touch the screen it speaks normally, but
nothing is displayed at all on the screen.
Could anybody help?

Thanks,

Mohammed

Yes I did. I was thinking about the brightness configuration which is
perhaps set to 0.

Thank you for your help

Try to access the device through the usb connection with tomtom home. Some
of the options are settable through the 'operate...' screen.

I do not use the standard screen as I have Linux. I just connect it and
access the settings directly.
