Does anybody know the uBlox/Geotate sdf data format? I have a few data
files collected with uBlox EVK-CK evaluation kit (Capture & Process
Solution), and I would like to read its IF data only and skip all
others.
It seems this data file has a 1K header, which is not a problem.
However, I notice there are "Sync Word" for every 256 bytes. The "Sync
Word" is "00 00". Besides of the "Sync Word", it seems that Geotate
also add about 8K data into the data file, which is possibly for
verification.
I searched the webs and could not find any useful documents. I also
contacted the sales of uBlox, and haven't received any reply.
Could you help? Thanks a lot!

I think sdf format is also called Jobo photoGPS data format, or Suunto
data file.

www.wmin.be/.../Suunto/Public%20version%20of%20sdf%20file%20description.doc
However, after opening the sdf file, I found it was a binary file, not
a text file. Does anybody know how to decode it?
Thanks!
It is actually the same as the Jobo photoGPS sdf data file.
Anybody is able to crack the Jobo photoGPS sdf data file? A sample SDF
file, sample_SDF.zip, is available at

I have confirmed that it is neither an ASCII file, nor Suunto SDF
file. It must be a proprietary format of Jobo or Geotate, and is not
friendly to open-source community.
Thanks a lot.
