Hello,

is there a formula to calculate the distance between two points on the
earth through
mercator coordinates and not lat, lon?
And in particular: is there a way to calculate distance between two
parallels always
using mercator coorinates (x,y) instead of WGS coordinates (lat, lon)?
Thanks everybody!!!

Yes, flat mercator (not UTM)
