where can I find and buy maps of Finland, topographic maps, which I want to
use as a background for making tematic map. Is there some kind of
institution (state geodetic administration) that sells maps.. online?

I am not sure if these maps are digital, for example in tiff format or
something similar? I need a possibility to insert maps in AutoCad and Ocad
(tiff + tfw).. Daoes anyone know anything about that?
