gpsbabel track information from garmin etrex

What input in gpsbabel do I use if I have the following sentences that
came from a garmin etrex. The sentences are in a txt file.

I am quite sure, that you can successfully convert this using GPSBabel's
CSV-format. If this appears to be impossible, you could try my freeware
GeoConv: http://www.kolumbus.fi/eino.uikkanen/geoconvgb/index.htm

My recommendation however is, that you first try to solve your problem using
GPSBabel. This page tell you various ways to get help in using GPSBabel:
