experience with migtyGPS BG-320RGT all in one gps receiver

hi,
does any one has experience with BG-320RGT GPS receiver from
mightyGPS?
and any places to b buy it in norway?

from tghe description os the product what i understand is, this module
only needs a power supply and PC with
RS-232 port with a software to communicate via NMEI protocols. is this
correct, or do we need any other circuits or components to make this
work.
