I have a csv file of coordinates in UTM format.
What is the best way to get them into my Garmin GPS?
Thanks in advance!
G7toWin is a spreadsheet-GUI tool.
GPSbabel is a command line oriented tool, with an optional GUI front end.
http://www.gpsbabel.org/
G7toWin http://www.gpsinformation.org/ronh/
Either of them can read csv of varying formats, and either load directly to
your Garmin GPS, or to a gpx file on disk, which can be opened by google
Earth or Garmin Mapsource, etc.
What are a couple of lines in this file?

I am only having trouble with the UTM zone.
Here is what I inputed...
Name, desc, utm z, utm e, utm n
Test 1, 8-Oct-07, 16T, 1038920.508, 1880767.16
... and the result switched the UTM Zone to 17Q.
I tried (for utm z) T16, 16 T
Maybe there is a special code for the Zone field?

Maybe this will help with the UTM Zone layout

I don't like those numbers. I don't think they fit into 16T, but I'm not a
UTM kind of guy. Too ambiguous for my tastes.
Where do you think this point should be? Michigan, USA, or in the
Caribbean?
