Hi,

Could someone help me identifying this stucture located 50 km SW of Koweit
city in Saudi Arabia
27°58' 45"N, 45° 32' 54" E

Seems to be near Hafar Al'Batin but impossibe to identify it and to know its
function.

Looks all residential/commercial to me. The airport immediately to the south is
labelled "King Khalid Military City" in my atlas.

Well seen.
I also though to a military camp or a commercial spot but not regularly used
It is well the military based "Madynat al-Malik Khalid al-'Askariyah",
confirmed in wikipedia
