I guess, in a sad sick way, it's good to see that I'm not the only one with
multiple bluetooth devices and a Garmin bluetooth device that is miserable
to use because of it.
The Garmin nuvi multiple-bluetooth-device use model is so atrocious that I
was thinking that I must be doing something wrong.
I guess the reason why it's so simple to connect and disconnect with a
Motorola H700 is that the engineers thought out the use model assuming
someone would want the choice of bluetooth devices - so - they ask once to
connect and if the answer is NO - they don't ask again.
Apparently Garmin assumes the nuvi is the ONLY bluetooth device you'll ever
want to use - so it keeps asking - and asking - and asking - and asking -
to connect, even if you say no (on your cellphone) every time.
Sigh. I was hoping there was a nuvi update that fixed this flaw that makes
Garmin's bluetooth almost unusable (unless you ALWAYS want to use it).
Is there?

What did Garmin say when you contacted them about your problems?
