Fired up three different GPS units today when PRN01 was in range, and all
three locked onto it and were using is for positioning. Decommissioned? I
think not!

What is everyone else seeing?

In addition to these files, you can sign up to receive NANUs from the
US Coast Guard. http://www.navcen.uscg.gov/gps/status_and_outage_info.htm
NANUs (Notice Advisories to NavstarUsers) describe events when a
satellite will be unhealthy. The links above are from Air Force Space
Command, who produces the NANUs. Based on these NANU reports, the Air
Force also produces a Satellite Outage File (SOF) that contains all
outages since 1998. The SOF is updated with each NANU produced. I've
taken these SOF's and built a web calendar that shows these outages.
You can get the SOFs from here as well.
