Hi group,
I have a 512 MB card in my 60csx.
When I try to feed it a 98 MB set of maps I get this
ridiculous message that since there is only 483 MB
available I should choose a smaller map set.

I am sure I had loaded a much larger set of of maps
on that very card last week, and I am beginning to
suspect the firmware 2.6 is no good at all.
Can I downgrade back to 2.5?

I have a 60Cx and a 512MB card, running firmware 2.5. I installed 1030
maps (City Nav 6, Topo USA and Topo 24K National Parks) which consisted
of 460.6MB's of data.
No problems at all.
Is it possible you attempted to load more than 1050 maps, which I
understand it the maximum amount of maps allowable?

Hey man, you ONLY had 483MB left! hahaha What a ridiculous message. Did
you forward that to Garmin?

What maps were you trying to load?
It is a known problem trying to load non garmin maps that haven't been
compiled correctly.
