Yeah, that was the best i could find, too. I also found a discussion
on another GPS board, and they didn't know what MPC means either.

Found it.

MPC = "MapSource Product Creator"

It's apparently a tool from Garmin that's licensed to developers. I
found the reference here:

Good research, Bert! I think I'll pass on this software update,
though. Don't know what I need it for.
