I would like my software GPS receiver able to work 7 days or 30 days
alone, without decoding the navigation message for ephemeris or
downloading updates from internet or cellular tower, thus it needs an
extended ephemeris solution in place. I hope for every 30 days I only
need to send data to it once, and I expect the positioning accuracy is
always within 100m. Does anybody know where I can find an extended
ephemeris solution/algorthm/products for a month without requiring to
decode the navigation message? I once heard that JPL might have a
product, but I searched their website and found nothing except of
GIPSY-OASIS software package.
Thanks in advance!

Sorry, the orbits and clock error behavior is not that predictable to
that level of accuracy.

Frank said at his book "A-GPS Assisted GPS, GNSS and SBAS", the
ephemeris (orbits + clock corrections) can be extended to 7 days based
on dual-freq data collected from world-wide reference station, or one
month with aid from decoded broadcast ephemeris (once daily) as well. I
also heard somebody said he could do one month with dual-freq data
collected from world-wide reference station only, and no aid from
decoded broadcast ephemeris, and final accuracy is within a few tens of
meters. Do you think it is reasonable?
Thanks.

Even if you can stay within your 100 meter requirement through
estimation of the ephemeris, you'll still need to watch out for Delta
V satellite maintenance events.
