Could anybody please show me a place that I can download the ephemeris
data without charge at a daily basis? Thank you!
I already got data from NGS. Does anybody know anywhere else is also
available?

You could also find at http://sopac.ucsd.edu/ eph data and there are
plenty more options

The SOPAC site should give you broadcast ephemeris and NGA will
provide precise ephemeris, almanac information is available at
celestrak.com
