Has IIF SV1 been shipped to the Cape?

Has anybody heard if the Wing has authorized Boeing to ship the IIF
SV1 to the Cape in preparation for launch this year?

Here's a brief mention that a IIF satellite has begun its journey to
the launch site. With due note to all of its debacles, let's hope it
functions properly when the finally get it 'up there'. I really don't
understand why its coming is so late .. it's not like Boeing doesn't
understand how to make satellites. There's probably some behind the
scenes intrigue going on here; perhaps poor project management early
in the development cycle or continuing changes to the operational
requirements. Everyone has been so 'tight lipped' about these matters.
