I have an EMAP together with Metroguide etc and would like a larger display.

Is it possible to use Metroguide or other Garmin maps on anything other a
Garmin PDA?? - presumably via a serial/USB port.

Any comments appreciated

You can use it on a laptop.

you might also want to have a look at this >>
http://www.garmin.com/products/cfQue/ just incase your PDA doesn't
have bluetooth.

There are various cables to connect your Garmin GPS to a PDA, but so
far as I know you can't port their software to a PDA.
