GARMIN "GPS 10", *.NVM files, Export or Conversion from QUE to PC?

GARMIN Mapsource does not allow me to export ROUTES from an IPAQ PDA to
PC. Tracks/Maps/Waypoints are OK. I find it unbelievable that GARMIN
does not allow this!

How do I get my routes out from my IPAQ PDA? File GARMIN_SRTE.NVM

Apparently, Mapsource and nROUTE do not support the *.NVM files found
on the IPAQ Pocket PC, created by the GARMIN QUE v2.9 program.

Do you know of any conversion programs for getting GARMIN_SRTE.NVM
(saved routes) into ANY recognisable format?

Alternatively, conversion of routes to tracks.
I tried renaming files on IPAQ without success.

My question is can any program be tweaked to use with a stand-alone
GARMIN GPS 10 (bluetooth device) and GARMIN QUE software v2.9 running on
an IPAQ Pocket PC?
