I have a list of data in Lambert 72 X/Y format.
I converted the data using:
Conversion program: http://www.ngi.be/NL/NL4-4.shtm
an example http://www.mapref.org/SamplesBE.html
with this options:

I get results that are 50-100 meters wrong. Did I make an error in the
settings??
I can copy the orig data here, see for the lambert columns:

"The development of the Lambert coordinate system 2005 follows the
introduction of ETRS89 in Europe. From 1989 to 2002, the IGN has
reviewed the national geodetic network using the GPS network. This
changes has led to the Lambert 2005 projection. For a given location,
the difference between the coordinates in Lambert 1972 and 2005 are
relatively low (+ / - 1 kilometer)."

Don't know what inputs are required. If you have to input anything
transformation parameters, there may be a problem with the sign or
scale. Similar discussions on the pages below. In one case an author
mentions a scale factor that should be parts per million, not a number
slightly greater than 1.
