City Select Question

Hello all

I have a Garmin 276C and use City Select North America V7 on my laptop.
The City Select comes on a dvd and I am wondering how I can get a cd so I
can load it on my older home pc. Does Garmin offer it? I haven't been able
to locate it on their website.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Is there enough difference difference between City Select Version 6 and City
Select Version 7 to justify spending $50 (US) for it?
