I put the adhesive disk on my dashboard and left it for 3 days. It
seemed well stuck. But when I attached the GPS bracket to it, the
adhesive disk immediately came unstuck.
Should I glue it with epoxy or what?

Personally, I'd give up! Automotive plastics usually are not something
that accepts glue.

But if you must, be 100% sure to clean the surface well with a proper
solvent, and find a 3M product that has a very high sheer strength.

I'd personally not use epoxy unless you don't care about your dash.

Sense I stuck my nose back in to make a reply on another thread I may as
well give my thoughts. 3 M makes a thin layer of double sided foam backing
tape. Like Pete said don't use a epoxy. When its time to remove the disk you
will either tear the dash material, depending on the year of the car, or
have a stain on the plastic that you will hate your self for doing. Then if
you use a chemical to remove the stain you may fade the color. The 3M double
backing tape will come off with a hair dryer.

Do a google search for 3m double sided foam backing tape and you will find
what I would use JMHO.
