Here's a comforting thought: I just sent in a support request regarding
my MapSend Topo Canada v1.00e. No sooner was the request sent, than I
received this message:
"This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.

Delivery to the following recipients failed.

email@support.magellangps.com"
Maybe email service to India is down?

Magellan seems to be adrift without a paddle. They can still churn out
hardware, but support is lacking. It's pretty sad.

You might have more luck contacting them if you use their online form:
