I am unable to get MapSend to transfer region maps to my Explorist 500.
I was formerly able to do so using Windows XP. I switched to a Mac
and am now running Vista under VMWare Fusion. I get to the point were
I am asked for the Magellan's serial number, but after it is entered I
get an unable to connect message. (I can see the Magellan as a drive
in Windows Explorer.) I have since loaded MapSend on my laptop with
Windows XP and have the same problem. Any help would be appreciated.
I stumbled across the solution. I just used another USB slot and it
now connects.
