What measurement unit or grid is this? I like to change the system of
measurment on my GPS so I do not have to convert when entering a coord that is
not in my usual hdd.mm.mmm format but this one has me foxed. It's from the USGS
topo maps so I would have thought it would be easy for me to figure out..

by 60
