Does anyone have a telephone contact number or an email address for
Tomtom Customer Service in Australia (if such a beast exists).
I emailed via the TT website (should be called webshite) but have had
no response.
Why the hell do they make contact with their company so difficult? Why
not just place direct email links to the various areas within their
company straight on the website?
Cheers.

australia@tomtom.com is their e-mail address.
Customer Service can be reached on (02) 8875-1700 and are based over at
Chatswood.
They have answered whenever I have rung but are a bit slow on e-mails.
Go to their website and nominate Australia and the voucher for the free map
updates also shows their fax number.
Cheers.

No problem.
Don't forget to download the current version 6.15 of TomTom Home to manage
stuff on your TomTom GPS device.
Drop me an e-mail if you have any dramas.
