Quite often lately the NYT is FOS. Like was posted earlier, stoopid
people are driving the trucks. It is not the fault of the GPS if a
driver cannot read a sign that says No Commercial Traffic or No
Trucks. He was also not watching the low clearance signs or did not
know the height of his truck. But it is easier to blame a GPS that
cannot tell about the idiot behind the wheel. If it was, in reality
the fault of the GPS, Garmin (or another GPS maker) would be paying NY
State for the damages that THEY caused.
This is as bad as the idiot that claims a GPS "made him turn onto a
railroad tracks" and get hit by a train.
