I just got a 2100. Nice unit but the POIs stink. Anyone know if they
can be updated? Thanks.

Most major brands of GPS allow you to add custom POIs. It appears that
POI-Warner may do this for Navigon units...

There is a discussion thread on the 2100 in progress here that may
offer some help...

And here is my custom POI resource page...

Thanks, Rich.

A lot of good useful info. I also checked out your webpage - good
job.

So I am understanding everything correctly, I need an ascii file that
has to be loaded using POI-Warner? I can't just load an ascii file
onto the SD card?

Thanks.

That is correct, Navigon don't natively allow the use of third party
POIs without this plug-in.
