OpenSource GPS 1.18 released

Guys,

Version 1.18 has been released at Sourceforge (project OSGPS). It has the
8 state Kalman
filter (unfortunately working only with Visual CPP 1.5) that was used in the
OpenSource GPS
ION GNSS paper in September. Version 2.00 is still under development in the
CVS area of Sourceforge. It is a major change in that it merges code that
can run under DOS or Linux.
