Hello
I need some software to translate older Mapsend CDs to the New Magellan
eXplorist model GPS. eXplorist is a great little GPS, but not all the
Mapsend software is compatible.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
What version of eXplorist do you have and what version of Mapsend?

Did you get a CD-ROM with your eXplorist? There is supposed to be some
software that comes with that to do the conversion. I think the process
is that you create the map file and then it gets converted as it is send
to the GPS.
There may also a manual on the CD (as a PDF file?) that is more detailed
and up to date than the printed manual. You read that, right?

Yes, you can convert the older Mapsend maps to eXplorist format.
