I am surprised after years of using it that Tomtom doesn't show where
red lights are and take them into consideration when planning routes.
Have Navteq only just started with Speed cameras then?

Bob, I don't think NAVTEQ has offered such database before. As far as I know
this is the very first time NAVTEQ makes POIs of speed and red-light cameras
available. But yes, there have been countless sources of such POI
collections made by users available for a number of years.
