Hi everybody here.
Some days ago I bougt a new Renault Scénic, with a Carminat TOMTOM inside
(only Itlay maps accluded ). How is it possible to insert, and utilize, the
"Western Europe maps 1G" that are working on my old TOMTOM One? After a
simple "copy and paste" of these maps, the Carminat refuses to do it...
T.v.m.

The maps are "Keyed" to the device they are first installed on, so you
can't use second hand maps on your device. Otherwise TomTom would only
sell a few new maps and the rest would go round the file sharers. You'll
have to bite the bullet and buy a new map, probably less than €70. Make
sure to ask if it will work on your device before buying.

Ok. I'll bite this bullet! Actually, TOMTOM Home offers this Europe-Carminat
map at €69. Many thanks.
