After my last data transmission (routes and waypoints) the date changed
to 19-MRZ-23. All other functions seem to be ok and also the time is correct

I have reset my 2610 without any success, the data remains incorrect.
Also downgrading the software from v4.3 to older versions didn't help.

Do you have any suggestion?

Did you do the full re-set as in holding down PAGE & MENU and then
powering up the unit at the same time?
