Garmin 750: Anybody Used It For Paddling?

I'm wondering what kind of display options it has.

What I'm looking for is the ability to easily (just a button
push):

1) Replace the moving map with digital readouts for speed,
average speed, and heart rate.

2) Bring up a screen with just the Lat/Long coordinates of
current location

3) (naturally).... go back to the moving map.
