I'm looking to put a gps on my bike. I'm looking at around $600 max. I
need waterproof (somewhat) and a model that can take some vibration. Also,
a method to mount it. Any advice greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I don't know about the other criteria, but Garmin Street Pilot C-320 (about
500USD on Amazon) does not have a disk, rather an SD card. That should help
with the vibration problem. With the memory slot on the side it definitely
not waterproof.

Quest 1 or Quest 2, perhaps ? IPx7 models, and Garmin provides =E0 Bracket=

mount for bike. The total price amount can/would be in your hope.

I agree. Quest should do the trick. Smaller profile. Using Garmin's
motorcycle mount allows you to plug-in and get voice guidance in your helmet
speakers or in-ear phones. Plus, with its internal battery, you can use it
in your hotel room to do some re-routing and finding local directions and
addresses which would be a real pain while doing it while it being plugged
into the bike's battery and sitting in the parking lot in the rain. Fits in
your pocket too so you don't have to worry about it getting stolen.
TomTom Rider (for motorcycles) is nice too but costs more money.
