Currently for auction on Ebay: One precision GPS time video overlay
unit designed to meet the needs of people who require a precision time
and date display combined with GPS position. This unit was the first
production prototype we did in 2001 and was used extensively for
software development and testing.
It consists of one video overlay unit, a Garmin 25-HVS gps receiver,
connector pigtail and active GPS antenna. Unlike conventional video
time and date generators which base their time on an internal
oscillator this unit uses the precision one pulse per second (1PPS)
timebase from a GPS receiver to drive its display. In addition to the
usual display of time and date each video frame is time stamped with
the time in milliseconds since the last second. In this way each video
frame can be easily referenced to the UTC time generated by the GPS
receiver.

Since you didn't post the link to the eBay auction, nor the auction
number, just a obfuscated URL that no one in their right mind would
ever click (Yes, one should NEVER EVER click on obfuscated URLs as
they usually lead to pages which are malware/spyware.)
So I can't flame you for being a spammer, bummer! <g>
