100 dollars more than the non bleutooth.
One, is the bluetooth worth 100 dollars, and is the lane assist any good?
Clay
I have lane-assist and I find it VERY useful. But, I am not sure what
price I would pay for it. Certainly not 100 dollars.

I also find Lane Assist on my 765T to be invaluable...my only other GPS
experience was a 760 borrowed from a friend, and being in an unfamiliar
area, it would have provided some peace of mind knowing in advance which
lane I needed to be in...it was one of the reasons that I went with the 765T
over the 760 when I made my purchase.
I am not that impressed with the Bluetooth, but that may be more an issue
with Verizon and my phone than the 765T

the voice directions will say take ramp right or left, exit right or
left, or keep left or right whatever the case may be. It also does the
same for turns on city streets. What does lane assist do above and
beyond this?
it just gives you more warning, plus the graphic itself, will show you the
NUMBER of lanes, and WHICH ONES allow you to make the turn from
in addition, my 765T comes with the Junction View feature, which shows a
graphical representation of the overhead road sign that you will be seeing
when you are near to the turn...great idea, but not yet fully
implemented...I have only seen it twice around the metro Pittsburgh area...I
expect it will be more fully utilized in future map updates.
