I am in desperate need of county boundary files, either pre or post 1974.
Does anyone know of a source? I am using Mapinfo.

Howard,
I dont think you'll find a 'free' version as the Ordnance Survey
creates this data and includes it with their BoundaryLine product. The
OS do have some raster images that you could use in MapInfo

I also thought that MapInfo came with some sample data that included
county boundaries, though I could be mistaken.
