I've got a device which shows UNI and UFI coords, and I'd like to know
how to convert them (with formulas) into latitude and longitude (or

Not sure if this is correct but from the National Geospatial
Intelligence Agency:
UFI Unique Feature Identifier. A number which uniquely identifies the
feature.
UNI Unique Name Identifier. A number which uniquely identifies a
name.
